All About the Team

Who am I?

Hello and welcome to Team MPower! My name is Malayna Gray and I am the owner and head coach of the team! I am a dancer and bikini competitor with the goal of earning the Bikini Ms. Olympia title someday!


 My goal as your coach is to show you that transforming your body can be enjoyable and sustainable long term. No more quick fixes, food restrictions, or hating every step of the process. It is time to love ourselves and our journey!


About My Fitness Journey

My fitness journey started 4 years ago and like many others, my journey was far from perfect. I started out by cutting out foods that were typically labeled as “bad” and was doing hours of cardio with the fear of becoming “bulky” if I touched a weight. This is what I thought I needed to do in order to achieve my goal body but in the end I saw no results and became extremely unhappy with myself, the way I looked, and the way I felt. After 4 years of learning and growing, I have completely transformed my body and gained confidence all while having no food restrictions, minimal cardio, and enjoying the process every step of the way… That seems almost too good to be true doesn’t it?

I completely understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. My goal as your coach is to help you create a lifestyle change and enjoy the process. No more quick fixes, fad diets, or rebounding!
